What nonsense. For starters, we don’t even have the full story and I’m SURE the BF would tell a different story. Or at the very least give us some facts we’re currently missing. But even just going by the post, he said he took off of work during the down season but her birthday falls on the busy season and he probably won’t be allows to take off. He’s not “putting in no effort” he’s just trying to keep his job so he doesn’t becomes homeless, just like the rest of us. Now the biggest question I have is why does the celebration have to fall on her birthday? If she just wants to spend time with him, then plan a regular birthday outing with her friends and a belated one for just her and her boyfriend?
