I'd just cut my losses, ten months isn't that long, and now you know how she handles things when you're having problems. Even if you weren't going through anything, you should be able to just not want sex without it turning into a slight against her, and getting the silent treatment. She's supposed to be there for you just as much as you for her, and it sounds like she's prioritizing her sexual needs over your emotional ones.

What did was wrong but what you did was more wrong. If that wimp had a back bone and self respect he should've taken legal action against you and literally drag through mud for slandering their names and reputation.
They got divorced but it was his fault for getting into a transactional relationship with a snake like you. Don't worry karma ain't far behind. It will catch upto in one way or the other. You'd then feel what helpless really feels like.

Had he said it to a friend it would be sweet, and maybe in his mind it’s the same, but I definitely get why you’re finding it weird.

Just tell her it makes you uncomfortable. Keep in mind, though, she was honest with you. Even the way you’re recounting the story sounds like she was upfront about these people still being an active part of her life and close to her. None of it sounded like it was past-tense. If you assumed in that moment (which by your own recounting you did) then it’s your fault. She wasn’t dishonest or hiding anything. If you wanted more clarification on which specific friend it was, you should’ve asked.
Hopefully the talk goes well and you both figure it out, but in this situation I’d feel like you had been dishonest with me if I told you from the beginning I’d slept with a close friend of mine in a threesome and then you were fine with it—but a couple months later turn out not to be.
