As SWGoodToes just said, no. However that being said, if you yourself don’t want to get a divorce or do want to fight for the marriage, couples therapy could be highly beneficial.
I personally get this way from time to time, but I never say it out loud, just because of some trauma that I grew up with/experience. Therapy has helped/been helping me more than I ever thought it would.
The cost is about right for a US wedding consisting of 150 or more guests. My problem would not be the expense of the wedding, it would be her ultimatum. The wedding is the hill she would allow your relationship to die on? What type of ultimatums will the rest of your life be subject to?

The lateness can have many excuses. The impulsivity is a problem. And buying you stuff and giving you money is even more of a red flag. It almost feels likd he was buying you. Is that your ambition in life? To be a sugar baby? If yes, you can probably find someone richer and more even tempered, in exchange for a few extra years on his side. If not, don't let someone give you something you can't repay. Him buying you gifts is fine as long as you give some to him. Him giving you money is fine as long as you can give it back if necessary. Don't let someone partially buy you. If you ate selling yourself, at least know what you're doing and go full in.

If she's gonna tell you something about your bf, she will find another way, like email or a pm. You gain absolutely nothing by accepting her request, and all it'll do it cause drama (what happens when your bf sees it, what if she uses info on your fb for something nefarious?)

All you can do is tell her you’re not interested in listening to anything she says. She’s going through a ho phase because she’s finally got some freedom and needs to work through it. She’s choosing dumb married men because she doesn’t want a relationship she wants validation that she’s no longer the ugly duckling that the high school boys ignored.
Unfriend her on social media for now and talk to her about not wanting to hear any more.
