What are you doing to make her less tired? Now that she is working, are you taking over the fair share of the housework? Do you know what day the kids have what? Do you keep up with their medical needs? Dietary needs? Are you picking up after yourself and contributing to the cleanliness of your own home? The reason I ask all of these questions is that you probably had a different dynamic when she was at home. Now that she is working a full-time job, if you are not doing your fair share between the house and the kids, it absolutely makes sense that she is too tired for sex and wants to have friends outside the home. All of the rest of these comments have gotten so hung up on the fact that she went out for a drink with a male coworker, everybody seems to have forgotten that women who have children and go back to work often end up the primary caregiving parent on top of their work duties.
