Also stop talking down about yourself! Your boyfriend chose to date you, he CHOSE you. If you're jealous about how it seems she was so loving to him, then do sweet stuff for him, plan a date night. Give him a nice letter etc.
What you need to do is get therapy, and stop talking to yourself rudely. You need to say instead 'im worse” say “I'm not so good at that but I can do this!”.
Also you mention she seems so good and interesting but you're looking at her page, something she cultivates to give people a good view of her. No doubt like all of us she's probably got some faults (which is fine and normal!)
Is your boyfriend loving? Before you found out about this were you happy? If the answer is yes to both then yeah you need therapy, and talk to him about you feel self-conscious and say you're looking to get help (and follow through with it!)
