I am in my 30s and have a very demanding job with lots of responsibilities and requires discipline and time management. OP, “find” yourself is almost universally understood as having the freedom to experience other people. She didn't have to tell you she was flirting with guys, but she did. So if your mutual interpretation of being in a relationship involves monogamy she's basically telling you up front that she's wandering to some degree. In short, you're probably right to feel like she's at least contorting the limitations of exclusivity here.

So I will start with I was with someone that had this issue. Their are cream to help but surgery I think is the best option. He needs to see a dick doctor about this because not only is it painful for him but it can cause MAJOR issues later on.
My ex dragged his feet on getting it for years and when they did do surgery the doctor was shocked at how inflamed and ripped up it was. He could have lost way more than some four-skin. He needs to see a doctor ASAP it’s not normal for it to rip it means the elastic in the skin is not mostly gone. Ripping also causes major scaring which means at some point he won’t be able to have sex at all! If he is worried about loosing sensation I was told by my ex that he didn’t notice.
If need be go with him when he sees a dick doctor because that’s where he needs to go for help. Many men that are not cut have this issue and just think it’s normal it’s most definitely not normal. But it is hardly talked about.
