Joint would be best. They should probably be talking to one another. I'd look for marriage counseling first and find a sex therapist next. I would not use a Christian counselor.
The big question here OP would be, has she gone onto new birth control within this timeframe ? Probably towards the start of your current difficulty. That said, there are a number of other medications which can have thus effect. Worth investigating. Good luck.

I was in IT in the 90s, fixed a lot of office computers. Usually, the first diagnostic was at the person's desk. One of the first things I'd do was clean out the caches to clear up space.
These were work computers that people used while at work during working hours. It was rare that I didn't find porn on the guys' computers. They were always humiliated, I never said a word.
