No, doesn’t sound like coercion. Coercion is basically him holding something over your head, saying “do what I want or else I will [insert unpleasant/violent/humiliating thing].” Coercion is basically non-physical force.
What he did was act like a petulant child who wasn’t getting his way. It’s annoying, but not coercion.
