Friend's neighbors two pitbulls came over one day out of the blue and started murdering her dog. It was pretty torn up and would have died had she not interceded. She came out with a metal bat and sacrificed her forearm to bites so she could swing with the other. Beat the brains out of the one and killed it, injured the other so bad it slunk off and was put down later. Dog survived with vet treatment.

You have two different problems. One is she doesn’t know it’s over properly. Second is that who is entitled to stay or leave. Do you own the house? Are you both on the lease etc. even if you did own it, sounds like she’d be able to make a claim for some of it. Not sure what you want because there are a lot of unknowns and if bills are in her name then she is just as entitled to stay as you are.
