How your endocrine and GI systems function impact how your body burns and stores. When they are not working correctly, the math of CICO isn't going to apply the same way it does in a healthy body. Get them working again, get them in balance again, and then you can address the rest. My point is that if you are diligently restricting and counting but weight loss isn't happening for you, you need to see a doctor, not just continue to blindly follow internet advice to cut calories and restrict.
