Honestly usually I'd save leave, but you've got a kid in the picture and I think you owe it to the kid to try make it work. Couples therapy or therapy for him may help.

I think he has the right to toss your stuff after 30 days. It may not be there any more. If he's blocked you on every method of communication, you could consider making that very long drive up there when it's likely he'll be home. It might be a wasted trip, and it's certainly a last resort, but if what you left is that precious, it seems like your only option.

Fair question. We have a cleaning service. She does more laundry than I do for sure, cooking about even. With her working retail which involves lots of weekends and evenings I probably do a little more caring for our daughter but she’s definitely an awesome mom. I’d say it’s close to 50:50 but on the whole she maybe does a little more. 55:45 tops.
So his income difference from you is gonna be even bigger then. And he still wants 50/50. Wow. The entitlement on this guy.
