I think you’re directing your anger at your bf when the person you’re really mad at/should be mad at is the girl. Cuz it sounds like that while maybe your bf didn’t handle it exactly your way, he did handle it. He brought you up and told her he had a gf, there’s not a whole lot else he can do. She now knows he’s taken, and if she continues flirting, it’s her that needs to be addressed, not so much your bf.
When he asked you “what do you want me to do?” You need to answer him specifically. Say “It makes me uncomfortable if you talk to her. If she’s flirting with you, I’d rather you not respond at all”, or whatever it is you’re wanting. He said he’d do whatever you want in regards to her, and you responded with you didn’t care what he did but that you’d be keeping an eye on it. You’re sending a mixed message, because clearly you do care what he does.
He prolly didn’t say anything to his friends because that’s just how guys that age are. They don’t wanna look like pansies by being all defensive when their buddies are teasing. Not saying it’s right, but that’s def just how guys are- they prolly aren’t gonna stand up to their buddies over innocuous teasing.
