It IS possible that you have mismatched chemistry and should breakup because it's just not going to work.
BUT if you want to try to have a conversation with her about it, it would be best framed as a health concern, to spare her feelings. Every time a body odor post shows up on reddit, everyone agrees that the nicest way to approach the stinky person is with concern (even if you're certain she's healthy). Posing it as a possible medical issue takes the blame off of her and lets her view the news more objectively, rather than as a judgment from you.

Next time ask him to explain how his joke was funny. He won't be able to. He's way too old for this immature nonsense. He needs to grow up. Maybe therapy will get him to understand that “joking around” all the time isn't okay and that his jokes aren't funny.
His household has the “standard” wife husband child relation, with some exceptions. His dad wants him to be a gentleman, open doors, do heavy lifting, etc. I knew this, but he has always talked about breaking the cycle and do more.
His friends are aware of his little character trait, and were comfortable enough to express it to you. Which is a testament to your character and potentially shines a light to how extreme this problem may be.
So, It's his way or no way? He can never be wrong or he'll throw a tantrum? He'll leave you when you disagree with him?

He's not being unreasonable. You like to share, he doesn't. He doesn't want to dissect a previous, historical relationship and frankly, you're just being nosey.
