Get some professional help then. This level of obsession is not healthy (which I'm sure you'll appreciate) and there will be something in your life that you can use to anchor yourself to a new reality where she is not even a thought.
I know for me it was getting rid of everything to do with her to the point where after a while I'd even forgotten what she looked like. I had friends tear up old photos – that was the extent I went to.
Maybe you can look at doing something with the scars, get a tat on them to change them from what they represent.
But in all seriousness, if you are still in this obsessive mindset 3 years later and you haven't done it before, then talk to a therapist/psychologist and maybe look into therapy like ASMR and see if that will allow you to change your mindset around her.
Getting out there and dating is always a good way to push thoughts of her away however if you treat this like a mental condition akin to say OCD, that may be a better way to approach this.

Best of luck to you. All I can say is that it really is a hidden blessing to get out of this early. It isn't uncommon for some highly manipulative people to search for infidelity in everything you do. I was faithful to someone for 10 years that accused me endlessly of cheating. It's awful and generally there is nothing you can do to fix it or prove otherwise- they have made their mind up that they don't want to trust you and use it as a crutch to abuse you. Just leave and don't look back.

I would not tell him that you are leaving. It is him, his brother AND his mother between you and freedom. They will put obstacles in your way or just forbid it.
Just quietly make a plan and just one day go to work and not come home. You can leave him a note or not, depending on how you feel about it.
What he is doing is very controlling and trying to bend you to his will. Him saying 'we are not leaving until . . .' would have made me directly to the car or home and never let him go shopping with me again – EVER. He lost that right by his demanding his wants over mine.
