If one was “late” that would have happened the first month. It’s the typical story that a man would write or a naive teenager. “Late” is not three months late. It’s a few days and as she’s saying that as though that’s when she realised, she’s either implying she didn’t have a period for three months meaning she wasn’t “late” she missed numerous periods or she’s saying she’s three months when she’s only a month. Which sometimes doesn’t even show on a pregnancy test.

Actually no, not always. In this case her bf and his female friend are both behaving very badly and completely disrespectfully towards her.
An ultimatum is fine in this situation because this isn’t something op should ignore nor is it something that she can fix. Sad though it is, she be best to carry it out and break up as this bf isn’t shutting the friend down at all here.
