Not salvageable. Terribly disturbed by the disrespect? He may be sweet now, but there will be other incidents in the future where he continues to push the lines of disrespect until you are broken. He talked shit about you to his friends and probably the girl he was with, why would you expect him to ever respect you? Seems like he’s gaslighting and manipulating you and if he really loved you, cared about you, and was a kind man he wouldn’t act this way. Take some time and space to focus inward to find your happiness. Respect yourself.
