What do you think will happen once you've had your discussion? Likely, she will call him and tell him what's just happened and it will end up with him saying he'll talk to you and make sure you don't do anything like that again. Hey presto, they now have an extra bond and you look insecure.
Or you can set your boundaries with your own boyfriend. No problem with him having friends, big problem if his friends are causing him to backtrack on your plans together or make you feel second place. Her behaviour is not the issue. His behaviour is.
(But maybe read back over what you wrote and check whether it's really not jealousy. The things you have described aren't awful, and it only really makes sense that you would be so upset about them if there's jealousy going on too. Acknowledging jealousy is not a bad thing – a decent boyfriend will respect that you're a little more anxious about this friendship than his others, and why, and make reasonable changes to build your sense of security.)
