Please consider seeing a doctor for an exam. There are a number of conditions that can affect the ability to have sex comfortably.

I don’t think he meant something bad necessarily when he said he would prioritize them over you. I think you are exactly right that he thinks of them as his children. It’s not about who he loves more, but more about what adults (you guys) sacrifice for kids that need you.
