Well by the sounds of it, it can be a couple things. 1. He's a Dbag and doesn't care it bothers you. He's bragging about the women wanting him for help. 2. He's testing your jealously level(also a DBag thing to do.) 3. He's attempting to see what he can get away with by hanging out andother girls, which NEVER ends well. 4. He is enjoying the attention from girls(plural girls) 5. He's cheating, or debating it. 6. Men and women can be non-sexual friends..however, I'm a woman that has only male friends. My male-single, married, divorced etc..eventually it comes out that men have feelings for me. I'm not interested. Btw, their female partners do not like it at all even though I don't have sexual or intimate relationships at all.
After 1.5 months, my best advice? Run far and run fast. I would bet my left kidney he hasn't been “behaving himself” during that time period. Which, is exactly why he's purposely ignoring you. I know people that have relationships on opposite sides of the world that speak WAY more then that. literally. His parents dislike me (why I don’t really know when they have never met me but apparently it’s because I’m older than him) that’s why we can’t use his place & my mum dislikes guys in general as why we can’t use my place either. This is a him problem not a you problem. Is he a miserable/dour person in general? Does he not want you to feel happy about anything? Your attitude seems pretty normal to me, I wonder what the true reason is that he doesn't like it.

There are complications, too. Let's say you don't die, but you do contract MRSA and you never online a normal life again, and every so often they have to amputate a limb.
Or the wound gets infected and you have a horrible scar on your belly for life.
