Sounds like you need a reminder that your girlfriend is not your property.
That is managing the behavior- which is a part of therapy, but getting into the root of a behavior and understanding the underlying mechanisms behind it can make it easier to “stop”.

It'll help in the long term to make sure this behavior and issue doesn't simply get replaced by another thing- because those feelings and causes will still be there.
