You are going to have to block her and report her for harassment or stalking if it comes to it. Just from this little excerpt she is controlling, obsessive, and manipulative. Those are not good signs, she possibly will escalate if she doesn’t get her way. She has a possibility of being dangerous; to you, her kids, or herself. He may well be honest about his feelings, but you don't have to find that acceptable. He may be telling exactly what he thinks, but you don't have to agree to it.
I will ask, what has your doctor recommended for treatment? Have they given you options and a timeline? Is there any possible relief in sight?
I personally would not be comfortable with my partner having sex with other people, for a whole host of reasons. To me, if having sex is more important than our relationship…he would be free to leave (and don't let the door hit ya on the way out). Sexual compatibility is important to people, but if he values that more than your company, you might just want to cut him loose.
Real commitment is being together even when it's not easy, or fun. It's going through good times and bad.
