Hey OP I know you haven't asked but I just want to let you know that Endometriosis doesn't show on ultrasounds so that may still be the issue. Sometimes an ultrasound can show signs of endo but never anything definite. If the pain and spotting continue I would push for surgery to check for endo as that is the only way it can be diagnosed for certain.
