Pay out the lease now and move. Your girlfriend is nuts and it's great she showed you now. I wonder what she thinks would happen to the other kittens if she brought them home.. This must be a generational thing or something because personally I’d much rather get a text for something like this. It allows me to process my emotions in private then compose a response.
I’d much rather do that then randomly getting called in, feeling anxious the whole drive over wondering what’s going on, then having to moderate my emotions while receiving terrible news.
That way I can cry or swear or go for an anger walk while I calm down then compose a well-crafted response that doesn’t burn any bridges lol
