I had my first baby at 24 (not planned but that’s life sometimes.) Easy peasy pregnancy, no complications, body bounced right back in 3 months.
I had my second baby at 32. HUGE DIFFERENCE. I was so uncomfortable, my body hurt, so much less energy, and I am still feeling the effects 3 years later.
There’s a reason why women want babies done before 35. Our bodies can physically not handle pregnancy as well as we age. Unless a man is dating a much younger woman, which has its own complications, he needs to be aware of this and more understanding to his partner.
