I am surprised that no one is focusing on her inability to communicate and her lack of effort in working through this issue.
Obviously this has triggered a big response in her, but it's absurd that we are all here coming up with elaborate theories as to why OP's fiancee is upset.
That's her job, though- to communicate to OP and work out her feelings thoroughly.
OP, I also would be building resentment at this point. You poured out your heart to her, and she is continuing to ice you out as punishment. That is really quite manipulative and possibly even malicious behavior on her part. I get that she may be experiencing intense emotions around this that she may not even fully understand, but it's her duty as your partner to do her best in sorting those out and relaying her exact issues to you.
This should not be a guessing game. She needs to step up and meet you halfway to work this out.
