Thing is, we have made lots of plans for our future on her initiative even before this. We share the same goals and values, with her telling me that she hates hookup culture and the whole university dating culture too. I really want to believe that those were just mistakes partially caused by her asperger’s. She really seems to regret it now, and I have a hard time letting go.
