I know I just replied to your other comment but I noticed this one too while reading the thread and I think this is less off-putting. People are so used to being told “its all in your head” that it can be hard to accept mind/body connection without interpreting it as yet another person telling you “it’s all in your head.” I used to be very sensitive to this too before some things clicked for me.
