You are the judge, jury and executioner of your BF's possible infidelity. You get to hand out the sentence and you are the only one you have to prove that he cheated to.
You are sure the condoms were there he went away and the condoms are not there now. Either he had sex with someone else and lied or he was planning to and lied so he's a cheater. The only defense he has offered is DARVO. This is not proof of anything other than him being an extra shitty person on top of a cheater.
